A Passion for Connecting Families and Property
Isobel McIntosh, founder and Director of McIntosh Properties, entered the real estate industry in 2006, during a period of exceptionally high interest rates. Despite the challenging market, she discovered a passion for matching families with the right properties. Witnessing the joy and excitement of families finding a home, inspired her lifelong goal: to connect people, property, and possibility.
Determined to become the agent of choice, Isobel pursued extensive training to provide transparent, knowledgeable, and professional service. In 2016, Ian McIntosh—Co-Director of McIntosh Properties and her life partner—joined her in the property industry. Together, they broke records, earned awards, and began building a team united by a commitment to exceptional service. Ian discovered his own passion for connecting with people and building lasting relationships through property. Although he had previously run a successful company in the crane industry, he found greater fulfillment in helping families find homes and creating meaningful connections.
Combining Ian’s business experience with Isobel’s passion for people, they established McIntosh Properties to serve buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords with expertise and care. Their mission also extends to developing Property Practitioners through regular training and ongoing education, helping every team member strengthen their knowledge and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Today, McIntosh Properties is respected across the industry for collaborating with and supporting other Property Practitioners in sales and rentals, while continuing to build connections and help more families find a home.
