Property Practitioners help people buy, sell and rent property while guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions they will make.
Your day could include:

- Taking professional property photographs

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1 — COMPLETE MATRIC
You need at least a Grade 12 pass to begin your journey.
STEP 2 — APPLY TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Send your CV to: info.mc@mailkzn.co.za
Our team will review your application and contact you regarding the next step.
STEP 3 — JOIN MCINTOSH PROPERTIES
Once selected, you will join our team and begin your journey into the property industry.
STEP 4 — REGISTER WITH THE PPRA
You will begin the registration process with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) as a Candidate Property Practitioner.
STEP 5 — COMPLETE YOUR INTERNSHIP & QUALIFICATION
Once you receive your Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), you can begin your 12-month internship.
During this journey, you will work towards completing your:
- Practical Logbook
- NQF Level 4 Real Estate qualification
- Professional Designation Examination (PDE4)
You will work under the required supervision while developing the practical knowledge, skills and experience needed to progress in the industry.
STEP 6 — BECOME A FULL-STATUS PROPERTY PRACTITIONER
Once you have completed the required requirements and passed your PDE, you can progress to full-status Property Practitioner.
